Please be aware of the details of our policy:
Late Arrival
We understand circumstances are sometimes beyond your control. If you are going to arrive late for your appointment, please call to let
us know. We want to ensure other patients’ appointments are minimally affected.
Lab/Test Results
Your clinician’s office will notify you of results in timely fashion as results are complete (some results can take longer than others). Please contact the office if you have not received communication. If you sign up for the patient portal, you will have access to results as soon as they are available.

COVID-19 Testing

Telehealth
A telehealth visit is a visit in which a patient and clinician meet virtually through video/audio or audio alone. Many of our clinicians can conduct virtual care visits, when appropriate. Telehealth offers a way to safely engage with your clinician/doctor for certain visit types. Video and audio telehealth are covered by almost all health insurances.
Referrals to Specialists
Please ensure you have your referral and
any necessary prior authorizations before presenting to your specialist appointment. Depending on your insurance, certain tests or referrals may necessitate a prior authorization.
Annual Wellness Visit vs. Physical Exam
A physical exam often includes labs and other appropriate testing. It is covered yearly by most commercial payors. A Medicare annual wellness visit primarily involves a health-risk assessment, other in-office evaluation, and development of a 3–5 year plan for a Medicare beneficiary to have all appropriate Medicare-covered testing and screenings. This visit may not include a physical exam, but it is considered an important part of ensuring we are managing your overall health.
Patient Records
Please bring copies of any pertinent records to your office visit to ensure your clinician has as much information to take the best care of you.
